ELENA and ARTURO are a couple fully in love until one day, one of their friends sow seeds of doubts in their minds. Philippe reveals to Elena that Arturo is tired of their relationship. He no longer loves her but doesn’t have the guts to tell her. But all is fair in love and war!

As a child, Carlotta didn’t expect the people around here to have faces. She even doesn’t recognize her own face. Years later, she learns about a rare, untreatable deficit of her brain. It was art, after all, that offered her a way to finally recognize herself.



ARMENIA 27 Minutes – NARRATIVE SHORT – Directed by Arusyak Simonyan

Based on author’s childhood memories of the devastating 1988 Spitak earthquake. The father and his two young kids are left without a home and above all, the disaster had claimed the life of their beloved mother and wife. After painful quest to find her body and give her a proper burial, by the new year’s eve the family is settled in a makeshift home near the wreckage of their home. While his daughter and son are still playing and merging the disaster into their games, the father for the sake of his children struggles to find strength and heart to live on.

Clara, a successful young businesswoman, does a pregnancy test after a passionate weekend with a working colleague. The positive result confuses her a lot. At first overwhelmed by her extreme and contradictory feelings, she finds a deep assent with herself as the day progresses.

Tank Man is the story of the iconic gentleman who stood in front of and stopped a line of tanks after the Tienanmen Square massacre of June 4, 1989. All that is known of this man are the images that were recorded of his acts. This film is a speculation of what he went through the day he took his courageous steps 30 years ago.

Hassan has just moved to the US from Egypt and to make things harder, this 2nd grader is a shy little guy. In the class play he stands as a frozen statue most of the time and only has one line. Sounds easy enough but he just can’t get the line right. Even though Hassan is surrounded by supportive people, will he get it right on closing night when his parents come see the show?
